1. General Information
This website, Babu Knitworks, sells digital knitting patterns and e-books.
All designs and content are created by Alžběta Lexová (Babu Knitworks), based in the Czech Republic.
2. Products
- Digital products (PDF patterns, e-books) are delivered immediately after payment via a unique download link.
- Physical products (printed books) are shipped by the publisher to the address provided at checkout.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are final and displayed in EUR (or CZK depending on your region).
The seller is not a VAT payer.
Payments are processed securely through available payment gateways (such as PayPal or Stripe).
The products offered are digital goods (PDF format). No physical items will be shipped.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
After successful payment, customers receive an automatic email with download links (you can also access the files via My Account — Downloads).
Each file can be downloaded up to 3 times within 365 days.
Please download and store your files safely — replacement links are provided only upon individual request.
Invoices
For digital products, invoices are not issued automatically.
If you require an invoice for your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to provide it.
Wholesale & bulk orders
Wholesale or bulk orders are handled individually.

5. Returns and Refunds
- Digital products: By purchasing a digital pattern or e-book, you agree that your right to withdraw from the purchase ends once the download link is made available.
6. Copyright and Use
All designs, photos, and texts are protected by copyright.
Purchased patterns and e-books are for personal use only.
Resale, redistribution, or translation without written consent is strictly prohibited.
